First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and sales techniques.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.
• Utilize company resources and tools to manage client relationships and transactions.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, learning from seasoned professionals.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively guide clients through transactions.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, enhancing your efficiency in managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly, ensuring you provide informed advice.
• Experience in marketing or a creative mindset to support the preparation of promotional materials.
