Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire - $27.00 to 33.00/hr
A client of ours is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician at their manufacturing facility. This is a direct hire, permanent position for an experienced technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on safety, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance.
Pay and Schedule
- $27.00 to 33.00/hr
- Rotating 12-hour shifts, days and nights
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Some weekend work required
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Prioritize repairs based on production needs and equipment impact
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Document maintenance work and communicate equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement and help train fellow technicians
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Multi-craft maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Nice to Have
- Overhead crane experience
- Previous production equipment operator experience
- Preventive maintenance and continuous improvement experience
