We are specifically seeking an experienced Application Systems Analyst / Application Developer who has worked with Excel-based calculators, Excel applications, spreadsheet automation, or Excel application modernization/conversion projects.
This is not a general software developer role.
The selected consultant will assess an existing Microsoft Excel-based calculation tool, understand its formulas and calculation logic, compare Excel with other available application options, recommend the most appropriate platform, modernize or convert the existing calculator, and beta test the final solution.
