Halfpenny Management Company is seeking fulltime maintenance technician for property maintenance.
Position is at large apartment complex which includes but is not limited routine maintenance calls, maintaining property, demolition, trouble shooting, preparing for new move ins, unit turnover, snow removal and working with maintenance team with various maintenance tasks. Must have maintenance experience and skilled in plumbing, electrical, heating, and drywall.
Position requires on call rotation for after hours emergency calls.
Must have valid driver's license & pass background check.
