Job Title:
- Technical Project Manager
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to work on-site at cleared facilities in the Washington DC region on a hybrid basis at a minimum.
- U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITBM applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications.
- Experience in building and enhancing applications through the entire lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support).
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer engagement where you have taken customer business requirements and decomposed them into workable technical requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and ability to apply that knowledge daily. Agile experience highly preferred.
- Plus if you have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams by defining requirements and developing user stories to drive the solution design of systems initiatives in partnership with the Product Team, customers, and external technology partners.
- Function as an application subject matter expert for the DTech Apps Suite of applications.
- Engage with customers in both a structured and unstructured manner to understand their business problems and communicate cross-functionally across both customer and internal teams.
- Define, design, and drive business solutions.
- Manage the story backlog for multiple projects to ensure successful delivery of software configurations.
