Work Arrangement: Candidates who need to relocate to Charlotte may be considered for an initial remote start, with the expectation that they will relocate to the Charlotte, NC area shortly after starting.

Requirements

- Civil/Structural Engineering background
- Transmission line experience required
- Experience with transmission structures and/or foundations
- PLS-CADD/PLS-CAD preferred; candidates with limited experience may be considered
- Willingness to travel for site visits and occasional overnight travel
- Candidates needing relocation should be able to relocate within 3–6 months
- Distribution-only experience is not preferred

- Hybrid schedule requiring approximately 3 days per week onsite/in the field.

- Once relocated, the candidate will be expected to follow the 3-days-per-week onsite/field hybrid schedule.
- Personal vehicle is required for local field travel; mileage will be reimbursed.
