Position: Temporary Maintenance Technician (Summer Assignment JulyAugust 2026)
Pay: $22$25/hr. (Based on Experience)
Mancan Staffing is currently hiring a **Maintenance Technician** for a Donora-based manufacturing facility. This is a **temporary summer role** supporting production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The Maintenance Technician supports the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or production maintenance experience
* Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
* Diagnose equipment problems and repair or replace defective components
* Respond quickly to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime
* Assist with machine setup, mold changes, and equipment installations
* Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documentation
* Safely use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow all company safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting production demands.

Pay rate: $22$25/hr. depending on experience
