The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving residential properties to ensure that homes, apartments, and rental units are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position performs routine maintenance, responds to service requests, prepares units for new residents, and assists with preventative maintenance to protect the condition and value of the property.
