About the Role
Private residence seeks a discreet, professional security specialist who can also serve as an occasional personal driver. Full-time support for an ultra-high net worth individual and household. Calm under pressure, proactive, and low profile.
Responsibilities
- Residence security, perimeter checks, access control
- Screen guests and vendors; coordinate with household staff and vendors while protecting privacy
- Plan routes and timing for outings
- Drive principal as needed in a safe, smooth, and professional manner
- Keep daily logs; that include activity and incidents. Report issues/irregularities promptly
- Maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required)
- Maintain a quiet protective presence at the residence and during local movements
Requirements
- 3+ years HNW/UHNW residential security or executive protection
- CA BSIS Guard Card (or eligible as proprietary security officer)
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record
- Excellent judgement, situational awareness, and written communication
- Professional appearance and low-visibility demeanor
- Able to pass background check
Preferred
- Law enforcement background
- Executive protection or defensive driving training
- Firearm permit
- Knowledge of Malibu/Westside routes
