BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Porter for a residential community in Indianapolis, IN 46222. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas
- Remove trash from dumpsters, common areas, and exterior spaces
- Perform light landscaping tasks such as:
- Raking, blowing, and debris removal
- Watering plants and maintaining flower beds
- Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to onsite staff
Requirements
- Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
