Job DescriptionAbout Us:
Garnet Hotels is expanding its team at our Hilton-brand property and is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician. This role ensures that the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and guest rooms remain in excellent condition to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry
  
  
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
  
  
• Conduct daily property walks to identify and address repair needs
  
  
• Assist with room preventive maintenance (PM) according to Hilton brand standards
  
  
• Maintain pool, fitness center, and other facility equipment (if applicable)
  
  
• Work with the Chief Engineer or GM to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and hotel procedures
  
  
• Support emergency maintenance needs as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred (Hilton experience is a plus)
  
  
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  
  
• High school diploma or trade certification preferred
