Janitorial Technician-After hours part time position

Job DescriptionHarris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

**This position starting pay may be negotiable, pending verifiable prior commercial cleaning experience**


Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Work up to 30 hours per week

​Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 yrs. old
• This is an after hours position.
• Must be able to adapt to working in an industrial/warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
