Job DescriptionMobile Service Tire Technician (PRO)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform mobile tire installations (commercial, OTR, forklift)
- Respond to roadside emergency calls and restore fleet uptime fast and safely
- Mount/dismount tires, set proper torque & inflation
- Safely assess roadside hazards and deploy cones, triangles, and PPE
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Maintain service truck, tools, and inventory
- Complete digital work orders, photos, and customer signatures
- Follow all safety procedures and attend monthly safety meetings
- Support warehouse work and mentor apprentices when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years proven mobile commercial tire experience
- (11R22.5, 385/65R22.5 & OTR preferred)
- (11R22.5, 385/65R22.5 & OTR preferred)
- Strong mechanical problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate hydraulic jacks & torque tools
- Not mandatory to work night/weekend on-call rotation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team-first mindset and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week
- Mix of field work and warehouse support
- On-call rotation required
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Roadside response time: < 45 minutes
- First-time fix rate: 95%+
- Safety: Zero wheel-off incidents
