We're seeking a friendly, motivated Bilingual Leasing Consultant for an apartment community. This role is a mix of sales, customer service, and organization, perfect for someone who enjoys helping people find a place to call home.
What you'll be doing:
• Welcome prospective residents and deliver informative, engaging property tours
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Process applications, screening, and lease documentation accurately
• Assist with move-ins and resident move-in orientations
• Maintain current knowledge of available units, floor plans, and promotions
• Update listings and marketing to drive traffic and occupancy
• Use property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata) for daily tasks
What we're looking for:
• 1 year in leasing, sales, retail, or customer service
• Excellent communication and a genuine, approachable manner
• Sales-minded with the drive to close leases and hit occupancy goals
• Organized and comfortable with paperwork and documentation
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines a plus
• Fair Housing certification or CAS a plus
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $23/hour, paid weekly
