Role Summary:

\n

\n

Lead and manage Operational Technology (OT) initiatives including cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability management, OT infrastructure projects, SCADA/DCS modernization, compliance programs, and plant/site technology deployments. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, plant operations, engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage end-to-end OT programs, projects, and assessments across multiple facilities.

\n

• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments, risk remediation, network segmentation, and security improvement programs.

\n

• Coordinate OT stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, SCADA, Network, Cybersecurity, and third-party vendors.

\n

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.

\n

• Oversee OT asset inventory, architecture reviews, and technology refresh initiatives.

\n

• Ensure compliance with NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, NERC CIP (where applicable), and industry cybersecurity standards.

\n

• Manage site assessments, plant walkdowns, workshops, and executive reporting.

\n

• Drive remediation activities and track cybersecurity findings to closure.

\n

• Support procurement, vendor management, and contract administration for OT-related projects.

\n

• Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and governance.

\n
