Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full time Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. With this position you will have two clinics on your route. Cleveland and Ooltewah! Weekly pay.

Duties

Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks as required & must be logged in Swept. (Phone & Service Requirement)
Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance.
Assist with residential painting projects when necessary.
Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept.
Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
A proactive approach to maintaining facilities and addressing potential issues before they arise.
Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift between 25-50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk and bend for an extended period of time.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Project work for overtime available.
