Do you enjoy turning exact specifications into flawless parts? Do fast-paced days fly by when you’re dialing in setups and chasing microns? If so, you might be the Precision CNC Lathe & Mill Operator we’re looking for.
What you’ll handle
- Setups from start to finish: alignment, calibration, tooling, and workholding
- Reading and applying blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Live monitoring of runs; making offsets and adjustments to protect quality
- Routine maintenance that keeps equipment in peak condition
- In-process and final inspections to verify accuracy and spec adherence
- Data entry and recordkeeping for traceable production history
- Team collaboration to improve processes and throughput
- Strict adherence to safety and housekeeping standards
You’ll be a match if you have
- A high school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education preferred)
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery
- Comfort reading prints and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipment
- Ability to work solo and cooperatively with the team
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Basic computer skills for data capture and programming edits
- Willingness to take on flexible hours and overtime as production requires
