Investorlift is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Disposition Manager to join our rapidly scaling Deal Desk in West Palm Beach. You will be responsible for the end-to-end disposition of real estate contracts sourced from wholesalers, lenders, and high-value acquisition channels. This is an in-office position focused on high-volume sales execution through proactive outreach and platform management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Manage provided real estate deals, from initial posting through securing a contract, ensuring properties are successfully marketed and sold to our investor network. Handoff to the Transaction Coordinator occurs once the deal is in escrow with the buyer.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct daily high-volume cold calls, text message blasts, and email campaigns to potential buyers using our integrated dialer and CRM systems.
- Platform Management: List and manage property postings on the Investorlift website, leveraging AI-driven insights to maximize exposure.
- Market Analysis: Review underwriting and deal pricing methodology to ensure properties are positioned competitively for a quick sale.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience in high-volume sales; priority given to candidates with a history of breaking sales records.
- Assessment: Completion of a mandatory DISC personality assessment to ensure alignment with our sales culture.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), communication platforms (Slack), and digital dialing systems (Just Call) is highly preferred.
- Location: Must be able to work daily from our West Palm Beach, FL office (not a remote position).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with sophisticated real estate investors.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation plan is designed to reward consistent production and high-volume performance. Successful candidates can expect a base salary in addition to uncapped commissions.
