Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Procure materials and coordinate equipment deliveries.
Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
Prepare RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and company leadership.
Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
Experience with design-build projects.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
