Acquisitions Sales Agent
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within real estate acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, uncovering opportunities, analyzing properties, and building relationships with homeowners through consistent outreach and follow up.
You will learn how to generate acquisition opportunities through outbound lead generation, direct seller conversations, and ongoing relationship building. The focus is on identifying properties that meet investment objectives, understanding acquisition criteria, and creating opportunities before they reach the broader market.
Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain hands on experience evaluating properties, reviewing market data, and learning how to determine whether an opportunity aligns with investment goals. You will strengthen your communication and negotiation skills while learning how opportunities move from initial contact through contract and closing.
Through coaching, mentorship, and daily activity, you will continue developing stronger follow up habits, organizational skills, and decision making abilities. You will learn how to manage a pipeline of opportunities, maintain consistent outreach, and operate within proven systems that support long term growth and productivity.

Compensation:
$160,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
