First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:
$109,500 - $192,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers daily to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Utilize proven scripts and tools to convert everyday conversations into signed agreements.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your skills and boost your confidence.
- Manage real estate transactions from initial contact through to successful closing.
- Leverage flexible scheduling to balance personal commitments while achieving professional goals.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success.
- Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of being a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new tools and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule to meet personal and professional goals.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple transactions and client interactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market or a keen interest in learning about it quickly.
