Key Responsibilities:

- Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and drive automation solutions.
- Documentation: Draft SOPs, work instructions, and guidelines; create Visio diagrams and flowcharts to simplify complex processes.
- Workflow ownership: Manage tasks independently, drive weekly team outputs, and support side projects based on business needs.
- System support: Assist in solution testing, debugging, documentation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to develop, review, and map workflows and technical documentation.
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of AI technologies.
