About the Opportunity:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support major equipment installation activities for Project North Pole Import/Export.
- This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive construction coordination experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources, contractors, and project execution in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Coordinate construction activities for Project North Pole Import/Export equipment installations.
- Oversee hourly resources supporting Primary Processing equipment installations.
- Provide weekend support for installation activities to maintain project timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between hourly resources and Primary Processing Engineering.
- Develop and maintain job plans, project documentation, and supporting materials aligned with project objectives and schedules.
- Coordinate contractors and resources to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Read, interpret, and understand engineered drawings and technical documents.
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution to meet established milestones.

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, construction coordination, or industrial equipment installation.
- Strong experience coordinating contractors, field resources, and engineering teams.
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings, technical documents, and job plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to support weekend installation activities as required.
