Compensation:

$100,000+ Annually

Responsibilities:

• Convert pre-set seller appointments into signed listings
• Deliver professional listing presentations
• Negotiate and close seller contracts
• Maintain strong client communication and follow-up
• Work within team systems and CRM processes

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and coachable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
