Sparkle -N- Shine LLC is seeking a Cleaning Professional to help deliver clean, welcoming spaces for our clients in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Fayette and Indiana County.
Position Summary
As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services that meet established standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to ensure each space is cleaned thoroughly, safely, and efficiently.
This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys creating results you can see.
Key Responsibilities

Perform residential or commercial cleaning tasks according to established procedures and quality standards

Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including surfaces, fixtures, floors, and common areas

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following label directions and workplace guidelines

Maintain organization and cleanliness of supplies and tools used during each job

Communicate with team members and/or supervisors to confirm priorities, job status, and any follow-up needs
Required Qualifications

Ability to work onsite Westmoreland, Allegheny, Fayette and Indiana County and reliably arrive to assigned locations

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards and instructions

Ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions

Strong personal accountability and professionalism while working in client environments

Willingness to maintain safe work practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Preferred Qualifications

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings

Experience working with cleaning checklists or quality assurance standards

Comfort working independently and managing time effectively to meet job expectations

Customer-focused mindset and ability to maintain a respectful presence in clients’ spaces
Compensation
Hourly rate: $16.00
