PART-TIME COMMERCIAL CLEANING CONTRACTOR

Pay: $900.00 | Independent Contractor / 1099 | Evening & Weekend Cleaning

ABOUT THE ROLE

Greater Clean is looking for a reliable Independent Contractor / 1099 Cleaning Technician to service a commercial office location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
This is a consistent, ongoing commercial cleaning opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can reliably maintain a professional cleaning standard.
The schedule is non-negotiable. The successful contractor must be available during the required service windows every week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
──────────────────────────────────────
- Perform routine cleaning of a commercial office location
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and workspaces
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks according to company standards
- Report any facility issues, damages, or concerns to Greater Clean management
- Maintain a professional and consistent level of service

REQUIRED SCHEDULE
──────────────────────────────────────
You MUST be available during both of the following service windows:
- Tuesday: Anytime after 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Anytime before 3:00 PM
This schedule is non-negotiable. Applicants must be able to consistently complete the cleaning service within these required time windows.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to reliably service the Mayfield Heights, OH location
- Must be available every Tuesday after 6:00 PM and every Saturday before 3:00 PM
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform routine cleaning duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Must meet the requirements to work as an Independent Contractor / 1099
