What You'll Do
- Lead the development and coordination of architectural drawings through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Develop creative, functional, and practical design solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
- Apply building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to project designs.
- Produce and manage project documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Support both renovation and new construction projects from concept through completion.
- Contribute to a collaborative design environment focused on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, or renovation projects.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative.
Bonus Qualifications
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Familiarity with construction administration and field observation activities.
