Fitness Facilities Manager Opportunities in the Farmington Hills, Michigan Area!
An established fitness and athletic club is currently seeking several Facilities Managers for opportunities with their growing team. Facilities Managers can anticipate a starting base salary between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on each candidate’s experience, education, and qualifications. Candidates with exceptional skills and relevant experience may be considered for compensation above this range. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Facility Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Hands-on maintenance experience with basic building repairs, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC skills.
- Facility systems maintenance and upkeep experience with pools, spas, fitness equipment, tennis / basketball courts, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Vendor management with ability to coordinate contractors, oversee repairs, and ensure quality work.
- Dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, organized, and available for occasional after-hours emergencies.
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks, including background checks and drug screening checks as applicable.
