We are seeking Full and Part Time Janitorial Cleaners & Supervisors to maintain cleanliness and safety across various facilities including office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and educational institutions. Positions include both daytime and 2nd shift roles, offering flexibility for full and part-time schedules. Supervisors will oversee medium-sized teams of 4-10 members, providing direct daily supervision and periodic check-ins to ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain facility hygiene and appearance
- Supervise janitorial teams, providing guidance and support
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate team schedules and shift assignments
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance
- Proven team leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with scheduling and shift coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in janitorial services
