What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians
- Oversee daily field operations across Commercial department
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate customer needs and provide effective service solutions
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and required reports
- Support technician training, development, and performance
- Ensure technicians follow company safety and service standards

You're a Great Fit If You
- Have at least 2 years of technician experience
- Hold a valid state Certified Applicator License
- Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Can manage daily field operations
- Are comfortable using CRM systems, PestPac, and mobile tools
- Have experience maintaining service vehicles and equipment
Bonus Points
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience training or mentoring technicians
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Additional industry certifications
