Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Team Support
Looking for a hands-on way to build your real estate career while working directly with buyers?
We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to host open houses, show properties, and help prospective buyers throughout the home search process.
You’ll have access to training, team support, marketing resources, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and grow your real estate skills while working in the field.
In this role, you’ll show homes, host open houses, build relationships with buyers, follow up with prospective clients, and learn how successful agents move opportunities from interest to commitment.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+
Commission-based opportunity with a flexible schedule and back-office support.

Compensation:
$125,500 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Host open houses and provide a welcoming environment for potential buyers.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them towards a purchase decision.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Utilize company-provided resources and systems to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property values in Tucson, AZ.

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and marketing strategies is a plus.
