We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join RNGD’s growing infrastructure team!

This role will lead large, complex infrastructure projects while overseeing budgets, schedules, field teams, and client relationships. We’re looking for a strong leader who can manage project execution, mentor developing team members, and collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5–10 years of project management experience in infrastructure or heavy civil construction
\n
• Experience with utilities, water, sewer, storm drainage, or mass grading
\n
• Strong cost, schedule, and team management skills
\n
• A solutions-focused mindset and passion for developing people
\n
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
