🧭 The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of executive leadership and active project delivery.
\n
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent high-rise projects, providing strategic direction and operational control while supporting Senior Project Managers and field leadership teams across all active jobs.
\n
\n
You will act as a key driver of performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a consistently high standard of execution across the portfolio.
\n
This is not a passive oversight role. It is a builder’s executive position requiring strong commercial judgement, field awareness, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple complex projects.

🏗 Multi-Project Delivery Leadership

- Oversee several active ground-up high-rise projects concurrently
- Provide direct leadership and support to Senior Project Managers and field teams
- Align execution strategy across all projects to ensure consistent delivery standards

💰 Financial & Commercial Oversight

- Full responsibility for project financial performance across assigned portfolio
- Drive forecasting accuracy, cost control, and margin protection
- Review and approve major subcontract awards, procurement strategy, and change order exposure
- Maintain strong commercial discipline across all active projects

- Ensure schedule integrity across multiple projects
- Oversee CPM schedules, sequencing strategies, and recovery planning where required

- Identify and manage project and portfolio risk

🎯 Candidate Profile
\n

- 15+ years construction management experience
- Proven experience at Senior Project Manager or Project Executive level
- GC or Construction Manager at-risk background required
- Strong track record delivering ground-up high-rise projects valued at $50M+
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong NYC construction experience, including DOB driven environments
- Strong commercial capability with deep understanding of cost, contracts, and risk
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior project teams
