Cybersecurity Specialist II (Required Security Clearance)

Must hold an active U.S. Top Secret (or higher) Clearance.

Summary:

\n

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist II to support an Information Assurance (IA) team. The role focuses on securing systems, networks, and data while supporting Navy RMF and DoD cybersecurity compliance.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls for systems, networks, and data.

\n

• Define security requirements and develop cybersecurity architectures and designs.

\n

• Implement and maintain HBSS, ACAS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), and Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI).

\n

• Apply STIGs and support RMF accreditation activities.

\n

• Maintain compliance with applicable DoD/Navy security and safety requirements.

\n

• Complete required environmental and cybersecurity training.

\n

\n

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• High School diploma/GED.

\n

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.

\n

• 2+ years of Splunk experience.

\n

• Knowledge of the Navy RMF process.

\n

• Required certifications: CISSP or CASP.

\n

• DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
