<p>Full time opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens for a licensed Property Manager. Must have experience managing homeowner’s associations.</p>
<p>Duties include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Board Meetings</li>
<li>Vendor Relations</li>
<li>Frequent homeowner interaction, phones, etc.</li>
<li>Outdoor field presence, inspections and violations</li>
<li>Reporting, including financial</li>
</ul>
<p>Job Requirements Include:</p>
<ul>
<li>LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager)</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal skills for frequent interaction with Board and Residents</li>
<li>Excellent organization, time management, and the ability to work independently and responsibly</li>
</ul>
