What You'll Do
- Perform parking lot sweeping and litter removal.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean sidewalks, curbs, and common areas.
- Operate backpack blowers and other handheld equipment.
- Identify and report property maintenance or safety concerns.
- Deliver exceptional service to commercial customers.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality work.
- Night, early morning, and weekend availability is a plus.
