About the Role:
Join MDI Security as a Fire Security Tech, where you'll play a critical role in safeguarding lives and properties. As part of our dedicated team in Henderson, NV, you'll be at the forefront of fire safety technology, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of protection and service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems and related equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire safety systems to ensure compliance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Stay updated on industry standards and fire safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
- Valid state license or certification in fire protection systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MUST HAVE F CARD .
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
- Knowledge of local fire codes and safety regulations.
