Job DescriptionOakbrook Corporation is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician at Berkshire Oconomowoc, an 85-unit senior apartment community. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values strong relationships, and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality living environment.This role offers 25 hours per week plus the opportunity to earn additional income through an on-call rotation every 4 weeks.What It's Like to Be a Maintenance Technician at OakbrookIn this position, you'll balance routine maintenance with day-to-day service requests, keeping the community in top condition. You'll work independently while also collaborating with a supportive on-site team.You'll be a familiar, trusted presence-someone residents know they can count on when something needs attention.
