Maintenance Supervisor

\nMy client is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on solving problems directly on the manufacturing floor. This role will lead a small maintenance team while personally troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation-related equipment issues that directly impact production uptime.\n

What You’ll Be Doing\n
\n
\n

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automated production equipment
- Lead and schedule a two-person maintenance team
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions
- Improve preventive maintenance programs and machine uptime
- Support facility systems, equipment installations, and capital projects
- Coordinate vendors and specialized contractors
- Maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment

About You
\n
- \n
- Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled and automated equipment
- Industrial electrical knowledge, including motors, drives, and sensors
- Comfortable leading from the floor rather than managing from an office
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and manufacturing equipment
