Responsibilities:
- Build a strong foundation in real estate through client outreach, appointment setting, and contract support.
- Work toward obtaining your South Carolina real estate license while developing skills in lead generation and client engagement.
- Leverage a cutting-edge CRM platform to manage prospects, track sales activities, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Receive company-sponsored real estate education and follow a structured career path designed for long-term success in sales.
- Participate in an accelerated training program after licensure, focused on developing high-performing agents with six-figure income potential.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that includes supporting clients on both weekdays and weekends.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment dedicated to professional development.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and digital productivity tools, with the ability to efficiently manage client relationships and workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trust and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, documentation, and professional client interactions.
- Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and in-person presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Results-driven and persuasive, motivated to achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals.
