Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of multiple commercial communities throughout the Tonawanda and Buffalo area.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain property grounds through landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal upkeep
- Perform snow and ice removal to keep walkways and entrances safe during winter
- Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, and shared spaces
- Manage trash and recycling areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Complete routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Travel between nearby residential properties to ensure consistent upkeep standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to work both outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and safe environments

Work Environment
This role includes a mix of outdoor and indoor work across several commercial properties in the Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, and Buffalo area. You’ll stay active throughout the day, performing physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and general maintenance work, all while helping maintain safe and welcoming communities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
