We are seeking a highly skilled, trustworthy, and customer-focused IT Supervisor to lead and support our organization's technology infrastructure, systems, and users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a friendly, approachable personality. This role is responsible for managing and supporting cloud and on-premises environments, cybersecurity initiatives, networking infrastructure, and end-user technology.

The successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple technology platforms while providing exceptional support to employees across the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Clean background check
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support day-to-day IT operations across the organization
  • Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration and security
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware
  • Manage and troubleshoot on-premises servers and cloud infrastructure
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange and email services
  • Configure and support SharePoint Online and related collaboration tools
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, monitoring, and best practices
  • Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Manage network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Configure and maintain VOIP Sip trunk
  • Support audio/video equipment for meetings and presentations
  • Create and maintain internal web applications and websites
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and technical standards
  • Provide technical training and support to end users
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve business operations
