Our client seeks a SailPoint Senior Systems Engineer to enhance cybersecurity and identity management capabilities. The role will coordinate with external stakeholders, including DHS CISA integrators, to implement Identity Lifecycle Management and Mandatory User Re-Authentication solutions at the Department of Transportation. The engineer will integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow, support development, testing, and production environments, and maintain Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation dashboard integrations. The position will also support ILM workflows for Privileged Account Management tools and Active Directory, build new system connections, deploy software updates, report on IdentityIQ operations, and support vulnerability remediation. The role includes on-call and after-hours support, participation in Disaster Recovery testing, documentation of recovery plans, and recommendations for improvements while ensuring change management compliance and data integrity for CDM dashboard requirements.

Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Coordinate with DHS CISA integrators and other stakeholders to deliver ILM and MUR capabilities.
- Integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow, Active Directory, HR systems, and PAM tools.
- Design and execute proofs of concept, pilots, demos, and quantitative analyses of alternatives.
- Evaluate technology tradeoffs and document research, findings, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain system connectors and integrations, ensuring availability and performance.
- Support CDM dashboard integrations and ensure data integrity for compliance.
- Deploy software updates and provide operational reporting on IdentityIQ.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with security teams.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support and participate in annual Disaster Recovery testing.
- Document recovery and operational runbooks and recommend process improvements.
- Adhere to DOT change management processes and controls.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in business solutions engineering, including architecture, engineering design, proofs of concept, pilots, analysis, and documentation.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
- At least 3 years designing and implementing integrated lifecycle management at enterprise scale comparable to DOT.
- At least 3 years of SailPoint system administration with integrations to Active Directory and HR systems.
- Working knowledge of SailPoint and CyberArk integration for privileged access use cases.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining SailPoint connectors and integrations.
- Comprehensive Active Directory expertise, including Group Policy, AD Schema, PKI, and PowerShell.
- General database skills with SQL Server 2019, including backups, indexing, integrity checks, installation, configuration, maintenance plans, troubleshooting, and understanding of data modeling and ERDs.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
