Job Description
JEM Restaurant Management Corporation operates multiple quick-service restaurant (QSR) locations across the state, and we're looking for an IT Coordinator to keep our restaurants running smoothly on the tech side. If you're organized, good with vendors, and comfortable being the go-to person when equipment needs to move, systems need upgrading, or a restaurant needs help fast, this is your role.
What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT equipment across all locations</li>
<li>Manage relationships with IT vendors for installs and upgrades</li>
<li>Coordinate network node installs, PIN pad installations, and POS system upgrades</li>
<li>Coordinate reinstallation of back-of-house restaurant systems</li>
<li>Escalate and resolve restaurant IT tickets that need extra attention</li>
<li>Help restaurant staff with email password resets and account access</li>
<li>Lead the upgrade of our manager workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (or replacement) across all locations</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for:
<ul>
<li>Experience in IT coordination, help desk, or IT support</li>
<li>POS, PIN pad, or restaurant technology experience a big plus</li>
<li>Comfortable juggling multiple vendors and projects at once</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Windows 10/11</li>
<li>Strong organization and communication skills</li>
