We are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and running efficiently.
About the Role
We are seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and performing basic facility maintenance in our manufacturing shop and office areas.
This is a hands-on position in an active industrial environment—ideal for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain shop floors, offices, restrooms, and break areas

Sweep, mop, and remove debris from fabrication areas (metal dust, scrap, etc.)

Empty trash, recycling, and scrap bins

Perform basic maintenance (light repairs, bulb changes, minor fixes)

Help organize tools, materials, and workspaces

Monitor and restock cleaning supplies

Assist with general facility upkeep, including outdoor areas

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For

Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred (industrial environment a plus)

Strong reliability and work ethic — this role is critical to daily operations

Ability to work independently and stay productive

Shift Time 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Comfortable working in a shop setting (noise, dust, equipment)

Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits

$18 – $19 per hour (based on experience)
