We're looking for an Experienced Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL!
Requirements:

<li>MUST have previous apartment leasing experience</li>
<li>Weekend availability is REQUIRED</li>
<li>Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or other property management software is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and sales skills</li>
<li>Professional appearance and strong communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct apartment tours and lease available units</li>
<li>Process rental applications and lease agreements</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents</li>
<li>Answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries</li>
<li>Assist with resident retention and lease renewals</li>
<li>Maintain accurate leasing records and reports</li>
