This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and works closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and support operational goals. The position is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues, assigning daily work, monitoring maintenance performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor also supports employee training, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance planning to enhance equipment reliability and team effectiveness.
