Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Evaluating existing equipment to make it smarter and more efficient</li>
<li>Troubleshooting underperforming equipment while working with maintenance on the root cause</li>
<li>Implementing &amp; driving automation projects to find ways to reduce manual labor</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years of high volume manufacturing experience focused on project, CAPEX, Industrial, CI, Process or manufacturing</li>
<li>Experience with equipment upgrades, or manufacturing efficiency and cost savings projects related to labor, material, scrap, etc.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude &amp; not afraid to get their hands dirty</li>
<li>Hands-on problem-solving experience – able to go out on the shop floor identify root causes</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred</li>
