The Elite ALF at Naples is hiring a Lead Med Tech to join our caring and professional Wellness team!

What You'll Do
- Lead and support Med Techs and Resident Assistants.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate MAR documentation.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members.
- Provide compassionate resident care and support daily activities.
- Work closely with the Wellness Director to maintain quality care and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Current Florida 6-Hour Med Tech certification required
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- 1–2 years of assisted living/healthcare experience preferred
- Previous Lead Med Tech or leadership experience preferred
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must pass required Level 2 background screening
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements. Information regarding Florida care provider background screening standards is available through AHCA.
