Portfolio Support Technician
Our Affordable Housing Property Management Company office is looking to add to our ever-growing corporate team! this role provides ongoing support, maintains data integrity, identifies, escalates system issues.
This position is a vital part of our Corporate Leadership Team and is responsible for providing high-level support to Leadership, properties, and corporate, as requested through special assignments. Including but not limited to
- Overseeing agency regulatory and company compliance and complete all required reporting
- prepare and maintain operational performance reports in coordination with property performance matrix
- support day to day business operations through administrative functions
Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Professional experience in Affordable Housing Property Management, working with Missouri Programs, i.e.,-LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development. Preferred
- Working knowledge of State Agency Programs & Reporting Regulations with preferred experience in qualifying file compliance, exhibit completions, system facilitation and updating, including but not limited to: AMRS,COL, MINC, TRACS. Preferred
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suites, including but not limited to: Word Excel, Email, Teams.
- Experience in a Construction/HVAC/Plumbing office. Preferred
- Ability to self-educate and learn from verbal, written and virtual training.
- Strong critical thinking and high-level problem-solving capabilities.
This position receives guidance and direction from the Director of Management Operations and Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

- Strong skillset in including , but not limited to: Vendor Correlation, Scheduling, Bid Approvals, Data Entry.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suites, including but not limited to: Word Excel, Email, Teams.
- Professional experience in AR/AP with an emphasis on collections.
- Experience in a Construction/HVAC/Plumbing office. Preferred
- Ability to self-educate and learn from verbal, written and virtual training.
- Strong critical thinking and high-level problem-solving capabilities.
